Cuba Street Libre$17
A Wellingtonian twist on the Classic. We threw in a bunch of our favourite local liquor – S&O’s Gunpowder and Cherry rums, and QBF’s Coffee and Cinnamon liqueur – then topped it off with Coke and a Cherry. Choice.
We tarnished some silky smooth and pure Snow Queen Vodka with Olives, Rosemary, and Seaweed, finished off with just a touch of Lillet, for a wicked little Dirty Martini twist.
A favourite of our old bartender Romain, we had to leave this on the menu or he’d sulk. A beautiful blend of Calvados, Ginger and Rhubarb…bon appétit!

Finlandia Vodka, Lychee and Lemon come together with a dash of Rose water to make this simple and downright delicious floral cocktail fit for royalty.
NZ’s own Barlovska Feijoa Liqueur blended with Vodka, Apple and Lime, and finished off with our house Carrot shrub, helping you get one of your five a day.
